How do you control schedule and budget?
We finalize drawings and selections before work begins, then issue a fixed price proposal. You receive a critical path schedule and weekly updates. Any change is priced and approved in writing before it proceeds.
Do you manage permits and inspections?
Yes. We prepare or coordinate drawings, submit permits, and schedule all inspections with the local building authority.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Absolutely. We collaborate with outside partners often and can also introduce designers we trust.
What are typical time frames?
Bathrooms often complete in about 2 to 4 weeks once materials are on site. Kitchens average 4 to 8 weeks. Basements range from 6 to 10 weeks. Lead times for custom items are planned into the schedule.
Do you provide documentation?
You receive a detailed scope, schedule, certificate of insurance, WSIB where applicable, and product warranties at handover.
